It has just cost me almost £19 to but a bottle of Oraldine from a Spanish pharmacy and now i cant get Sensodyne tooth paste I am fed up my teeth and gums are killing me and i look for tooth paste and get pages of fancy named crap with fluoride, whitening, plastic beads and other assorted ripping off garbage in them. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, not in a good mood, i have toothache and a sore gum round it where i bashed my mouth the other night when i fell.

As a lifelong sufferer of horrendous mouth ulcers, I have found Corsodyl to be the most effective. It's available from every chemist on the high street.

Good morning, folks. I decided to wash my hair this morning. Not easy when you are supposed to keep the neck dry. But I didn't do too badly. And I feel more human now. For some reason I feel very unsteady on my legs today. I suppose the various pills are now taking effect and dosage might need to change. WEll, tomorrow it's a visit to the GP, so maybe some changes will be made. I have been to the canteen and tea and coffee are ready. Might have just enough time to read emails, before the carer comes. Nigels Dad, is holding his own, We have spent the last 2 nights with his mUm, but last night we could come home, but snags again, Half way to the hospital the exhaust blew, so we managed to get to the first exhaust place in yeovil, they can replace cant be repaired as its 1 whole peice has to be ordered, hopefully it will be finsished by Tuesday, so then taxi to hospital & then phoned our lovely neighbour, who collected us & returned us all safely home, Luckly after Somers uncle died Peter took him off the car insurance & put Nigel on so thats the only good thing so we now have peters car to use, mind you we are hopeing not to have to use today, We are both tired & have a confused dog who wonders whats happening.

Am afraid will not be taking holiday notices off till mid week somer says.

No I mean for me I have to have the pink original one on the the recommendation of my dentist, I can get all the other ones in the UK, i have to use it as a paste to massage into my teeth and gums before i get into bed, this one

My legs go like that after anaesthetic meebo and my ankles give way as well and i turn over on them so please be careful for a few more days, mind you as you walk round barefooted your ankles will be more stable.
