Morning - we both overslept ! It's also David's long weekend off - and he's just been called into work as a colleague has phoned in sick. All rush - just hope he hasn't forgotten anything.

Received all my YDC packets yesterday - had great fun opening them all - it was a bit like Christmas

Back to photographing my lace bobbins today IF I can find somewhere in a good light so be able to pick out the detail.

Good morning! Got side tracked by rearranging a kitchen cupboard - removing bags and boxes and putting contents into suitable tupperware boxes. This was long overdue and I have more room. Barney got attacked by a magpie again. I can't imagine what that bird has against a rabbit. It ran across the lawn just to peck Barney's behind. No provocation or even threat from poor Barney. They were at different ends of the garden, and it is not a small one. Anyway, Rabbit is safely indoors now. I am resting now and may do that for the rest of the day

Oh dear, I got a direct hit this morning but they haven't paid yet so don't know if I should get packing or not in preparation for going to the post office ?!



Had a trip to Fishponds in Bristol yesterday and managed to find yet more stock ! I also managed to weed and cut back the raspberries so a productive day.

The strawberry bed is next on my list and I'm also meant to be playing boules with friends in Bath tonight so no doubt a few hostelries will be visited afterwards !

I am having a where did i put it day, I thought i would crochet some Barbie hats and the pattern has gone missing, so okay I will knit one and put one of those lovely little navy and white spotted bows on the back, went through my ebid box to get them and take them off sale only to find i must have sold them and forgot, sorted my crochet hooks out to find the 4 mm has gone AWOL. not a very productive day

Good morning! I am surprisingly awake after only max 5 hours sleep. My computer knowledgeable friend phone yesterday to apologise for not helping me but she didn't find my emails til yesterday as I used an address that she doesn't use much. So we spent a few hours chatting while she sorted out some of the files transfer I couldn't get on with. Sadly there is more work to do, but that will need to be delayed till I am home again At least I should have photos available again. Off to the canteen soon as Mil is chatting away and will probably be thirsty. See you later.
