Erm ... well that's me sorted for leg cramps tonight then, I wouldn't think it mattered if there was a drop of gin in there too would you ?!

We went to the park this afternoon to see some choirs performing for water aid. It seems their wish was granted as it started to rain ! Such a shame as we had to seek shelter in some local pubs - drat !!!

It would probably help. A small amount (one drink) of alcohol dilates blood vessels and so improves circulation. More alcohol negates the benefits though.
