Morning - what a horrible night trying to sleep. It was so muggy - and still is and I have a stinking headache as a result. So 'shattered' is the buzz word for today.

    Speak later.

Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, it is about learning to dance in the rain.

you need a hair cut and don't forget to put sun cream on your ears or they will burn.

Got out to the Co-op yesterday thinking we were running out of milk.

Left the shopping so late I missed my nap so I now feel like a wrung out deck cloth.

Been keeping myself busy working on my website and drinking chilled Pepsi Max

Good morning! Well, after sleeping most of yesterday I woke at 2.30 am feeling very itchy. I think there must be more than one mosquito in the bedroom as my legs have several puncture sites and itch like mad. So I got up and made bread and pineapple jam. The jam should have been made yesterday, but I slept. I also made tea and coffee so no need to switch the kettle on, sarge. Just go to the thermos flask. It is getting light outside, so I may just creep back into bed for an hour while things are nice and quiet. Be good all of you

Morning - another muggy start to the day, but it's getting cooler now all the windows are open.

Got my emails sorted out on new Netbook with the all important travel info. Might even pack my case today to see how much room I use up/have spare now Ryanair allow a 2nd carry-on bag.

    Hope everyone's keeping well.

    morning all,
Somer is still sleeping as yesterday had hospital trip to Bath Mineral Hospital didn't really tell him anything we didn't know, but he has to keep a diary for 3 weeks of what he does & how it effects him. It was very warm, its so very tireing walking there, Sgt really feel sorry for you with the heels, hope the car is ok after its treatment. One of these days we may have long enough to meet the Sgt.

Hope Annie you can manage to get all you want to take on holiday in your case.
Sorry Sgt while out yesterday one sneeked into my shop so it will go off on Friday will hope to replace before then.

I wish I had known you were coming into Bath Lieutenant Maplegin as I was in the city centre yesterday morning and could have set up an ambush when you were on the way to the hospital even if you didn't have time to be dragged to the pub ... erm, I mean cafe !

The tank is back on the road thank goodness and wasn't as expensive as I thought it was going to be thank goodness.

Well I have had some more nice news. I'm going to be making a half version of the film called 'Two Weddings and a Funeral' as Cadet Huw phoned yesterday to tell me he's just got engaged !

Glad you had a duvet day Private Meebo I think you should have a few more of those not only for your own health but also for your sanity as things are so tough at the moment !
