Good morning. It may just turn out as the forecast. Not as dark and grey as yesterday, so there is hope for a little sun. Mil is really quite difficult. She keeps forgetting she has had her meals, so is constantly calling for her food. I'm afraid we are more and more getting deaf to her calls, or we wouldn't get anything done. I have done my canteen duty and am waiting for the carer. Her timetable has become so changeable that I never know when she is due to arrive. Still, I am glad we have her to help. Better give Mil her tea before she wakes the whole house.

Morning - a dull start, but the sun is sort-of breaking through.

Have to pick up the Old Sailor's meds this morning - it's easier to park on a Saturday by the chemist's as our Surgery next door is closed at weekends.

Apart from that, not much planned for today, so as my Holiday Notice is on, may just do a bit of checking/editing ................. will see how the mood takes me.

We had a lovely sunny evening for the Bath races yesterday. I managed to end £1.60p up, so I'm rich, mainly thanks to Blue Top coming first it the 6th race ! O/H managed to come out about £4.20p richer, so he beat me and was gloating - boo !

Computer is up the spout, so will be changing to 10 later, just so as you know I am still here and the pills haven't done me in, They made me feel like a Banana on speed. I now have another appointment being sent up with an endocrinologist whatever one of them is. it's nice to have a few day trips to Bangor as the league of friends sell wool in the hospital corridor I got two last time
