Another dull morning here in Mid Wales. Just been brought my first mug of tea to help me wake up. No idea what is planned for today apart from checking up on the Old Sailor, so may, just may, get some new listings up.

    Have all a good day.

Ugg ... is it morning ?!

Had a great day yesterday apart from the train home. GWR had a fault on the line so our train from Cheltenham was half an hour late. They promised they would hold the train from Bristol to Bath which would have only been a couple of minutes and then didn't !!! So we then had to wait another half an hour along with other people !

'Anything Goes' was very good it was only an amateur production but they did it really well and what made it even more fun was we were sitting near a group of little old ladies from a care home with their nurses and they were hilarious all singing along !

Our meal was good and I've discovered a great new gin cocktail with grapefruit, raspberries and cracked pepper so I would like you all to type quietly today !

Now who was on guard duty yesterday (glares around looking for someone to blame !) ? I went out with confidence that the black out would be maintained but when I got back I found two direct hits and a
bomb in disguise from France and another English bomb in disguise !

Hope all goes well for your daughter Private Wicca and glad you can get back to burning things Private Buttons !

I call all fitness machines 'Garage Ornaments' as they invariably end up permanently hanging on the garage wall gathering dust. There's probably only need of one of each type in the world, outside gyms, that are passed around all humanity.

We did both try step machine.

Have been to car boot bought a couple of bits. & yes even some PC's so will get them numbered up for somer this morning.

Talking to a friend who had a stall at the car boot she said she was disappointed at a big fair & flee market she went to in Wiltshire & then on Friday they went to Devises & she said everything was expensive, she felt Wiltshire prices had risen, But Sgt was it not Wilts that you went & manged to buy.

Right sorting carrds & the garden are calling

Morning - well, it was sunny; the washing's out on the line and next lot is in the machine. We shall see .................

All quiet on the listings front - everyone else must be out in their gardens [as I will be later].

Have all a good day - and Penni, have a safe journey.

Mornin' troops. Going to walk into town at lunchtime to get some exercise, just hoping the showers will keep away. Going to get my eyes tested at long last. Have taken the Old Soldier to so many appointments that I have been putting off my own for years, I just couldn't face any more !

When do you go on leave Private Mcc2 ?

I don't think finding bargains in Wiltshire is any more expensive than anywhere else Lieutenant Maplegin. Some of the charity shops here in Bath ask ridiculous prices these days, you would think you were shopping in an up market antique shop !
