I am up from my nap...baked a spud for dinner as the other two members of our mini commune are having pizza tonight.

The above link gives some information, but only an actual quote will provide a firm price.

As youngsters they have been saving every penny for their big trip so wouldn't have the cash to do storage too. If there is too much stuff then I might look into it myself and help them out. I'll see how bad it is when the time comes !

Good morning! The sun is shining, although it is not exactly warm (maybe later) Washing is on the line with more to come. Tea and coffee are also made and I am almost ready to do the weekly shopping. Nothing exciting to report

More or less the same here although the washing is still in the machine.

May have a trip to the PO later if Paypal sort themselves out. They think I'm taking payment from someone *IN* the Sudan; not payment for something *FROM* the Sudan bought 35-odd years ago - idiots. It's obvious a real person hasn't checked this out. We'll see.

Mornin' troops. The great tit chicks are being really noisy and jumping around, one of them stood on the edge of the nest and looked out of the entrance hole of the nest box yesterday so I think they will be ready to fledge soon. There are at least four of them in there.

Well my camouflage is really working well this month, I seem to be totally invisible again !

More hedge cutting and sorting on the cards today along with the usual drill on the parade ground.

It makes no difference. The "thinking" is that Sudan or someone in Sudan might benefit from the sale. It is a blanket application of an embargo imposed by the US government. The Paypal site picks up the name of a state with an embargo in place and applies it over zealously. 35 years is nothing. As I commented in your other thread on this subject, they sanctioned me for using Paypal to accept a payment for a stamp issued in 1899! I had to promise that I would never again use Paypal to accept payment for an item from a sanctioned state,
Also, as I commented on your other thread, I believe this action is illegal as Paypal Europe is registered in Luxembourg and should therefore apply EU regulations not US ones.
I wish you luck with your problem.

At least my buyer is being very understanding - Paypal have reversed his payment to me so he's using BACS instead.
