All quiet now, and i expect Becky is busy wading through her Dad's belongings
Went for a nap yesterday only didn't wake up till 10pm...so am wide awake now...lol
Might go off and update my blog.....having a hard time trying to convince my Billy that asking "Don't you remember...we discussed this a month ago?" is not going to help me remember stuff that the 3 resuscitation attempts and the coma wiped out....lol

You remember Billy though, don't you? I can hear Mil talking next door, so the sleeping pill last night didn't have quite the desired effect. At least it calmed her down enough for me to sleep. I must go and make tea and coffee. Later today provisions are needed as I haven't been shopping for 2 weeks and some things have run out or getting low (like milk). Before I forget, I need to check the credit on my phone. It hasn't been used so much since I had it many moons ago. (£10 can last me 2 years) Have a great day everyone
Morning - remembering what Dad & I had to do after we lost Mum, I should imagine she's quite busy with officialdom - at least until after the Old Soldier's funeral when she'll be able to ease up a bit.
Got rid of a lot of paperwork yesterday; the bin is full again + a load to shred. I thought technology was supposed to make us paperless as there seems to be tons of it around at the moment.
No losses to report - but got some new listings up in my Charity store.
Time for another mug of tea
You are right Annie, there alwys seems a lot of paper still.
Hope the officaildom isn't proving to hard for Sgt, am sure he has left instructions, as Annie said once they have had the funeral, she can do it bit by bit.
Moonie glad you caught up on your sleep, am sure you will be able to make some memories again, good excuse to do this over.Glad you & Billy are happy.
Have to go to post with somers loss am afraid.
Feels like winter agin out there.
Yes...I know you are right....I am purposely making new memories...more now than I used to.
Lots of things have changed since I got back to the real world....being out of it...even for a few days has focussed my mind and made me put more thought into my day to day life.
New Memories????...thanks for the heads up
Good evening. Mil is still talking and I have Clive back home. He is far from well, but I feel I have a bit of control over some things, like his diet. The diagnosis is not very nice - Myeloma, but I think he'll be around for a few years yet if he behaves himself. Before he was sent to hospital his left ankle was very painful, but nothing was visible, so the doctors ignored it. 2 days later it was still painful but also swollen so it couldn't be ignored. He has an infection in the joint. He is now tucked up in bed resting and I will join him shortly. It's been a busy day. Tried to do my grocery shopping on line but something prevents me from checking out, so will have to venture out tomorrow and buy essentials - just as much as I can carry. Good night all
