Good morning. Although dark outside, the birds are singing, so that must be a sign for a nice day. Below is a message from the sarge. As you can imagine, she is run off her feet
Please will you thank everyone for their kind wishes on the army thread for me, I have seen them but just haven't the energy or time to write there at the moment.
Clive is now in the main ward and is wanting to come home. I still haven't been to visit, as he was having some more tests and wanted to save me a possible wasted journey. Mil appears to be back to normal so I am expecting a somewhat difficult day with lots of calling on her part. Time for tea and coffee to be made and I have some seed bread I made yesterday.Have a good day
Eebo--hope your day goes smoothly and that OH gets home soon. Hope the rest of. The troops keep busy and ealty

Morning one and all - been watching the live stream from the Dyfi ospreys - so funny at times as they update/re-arrange their nest
Tesco shop today for the Old Sailor + pick up prescriptions.
Still doing the odd bit of editing on listings - amazing how you can find something that missed the postage increases of 2 years ago!
All the best Becky
Sorry to read about your loss Becky.
Thank you for sharing your adventures with him over the years.
Be strong and celebrate his life.
Graham
Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, it is about learning to dance in the rain.
Buttons hope alls well with the kitchen & that you will soon have a kitchen again.
Meebo Hope hubby will soon be home, & that the test results are good.
Annie hope your shop goes ok
Hope everyone is having a good day
Sgt are thoughts are all with you.
Cooker will not be delivered till the 29th, the bank are trying their best to stop me buying it by cancelling my debit and credit cards because of fraud, ( they are now deaf ) Ian my roofer did not show up yesterday but then he has a head like a sieve, the floor tiles are now finished, cupboards are more or less ready to fit and put the tops on, just waiting to do the walls and electrics now. but it is still like a tip. Mike has just been to Asda for some butties for us.
May I just warn you, buttons, chasing a cable into the wall is a very, very dusty job. If you can bear to seal the door to the kitchen it might just keep it all in one place. And EVERYTHING in there will be covered in dust
There speaks the voice of experience! Been there, done that like you Meebo!
Everything needs to be packed away and/or dust sheets over everything...... plus tape round the door as Meebo says if you can bear it.
Still thinking about you Sarge. Difficult time for you but as my old Dad used to say ~ "nothing lasts forever". Chin up, Becky. x
I already found that out girls, The whole place including the half finished new stair carpet is filthy, sold two cardigans last night privately and lady wants two more, i think I best go and sit on the prom to knit them.
Am now going to start a NPB on a sale.
