Morning - we all seem to be in the wars one way and another at the moment.

Doesn't help that a girl i used to work with years ago who has spent years trying for a baby has just given birth to a baby boy, and he's not expected to last the rest of the week - absolutely heartbreaking.

    Chin up folks.

That is such a sad story Private Mcc2 . I'm pleased though that she has had the joy of being a mother, even if it is only for a few brief days, as that is what she wanted so badly. Life seems so unkind sometimes.

I hope you get some good news today Private Meebo, we are all rooting for you.

Another tub of weeds out of the garden yesterday so it's starting to look better !

No news on the battle front so the newbies are behaving themselves. (sob!)

Meebo, I hope you hear about your Mom today being so far away is not much help either, Thyroids I know nothing about apart from the fact I have to have mine checked every so often, I thought you had to take pills to control them, so I am crossing my fingers for you,
Annie god bless the little soul and i hope he pulls through, I can imagine she is heartbroken.
    Hugs to everyone XX

Yes Pam I got my bio oil Ok and now have one door on my sink Unit 2 more to go also need i drawer front and i complete new drawer and front, taking him a while as his eyes havent improved any as yet, am hoping he will be able to have it lasered in a couple of weeks. The OT wants him to have magnifiers etc but I would rather they fixed his eyes as he is getting very frustrated with himself. bit like the pits here at the moment as he has to walk everyday and I can't go with him as I can't walk that far as my legs start to play up and if they do he cant go and get the car to pick me up as he cant see to drive, i can drive but he has to walk, bit like a nut house.

Good morning. Mil is in good voice. I am pretty sure she hasn't slept as I have heard her when I woke during the night to visit the bathroom. So we either have a very difficult day ahead or she'll be so tired she'll sleep all day. OH has a horrible cold, which I sincerely hope I won't get, as it might delay any action taken by doctors. No news re my mother, so I feel obliged to make a phone call later. I wonder why it is always me that has to ring? I started another knitting project which may make an appearance for the YDC. I also have a lovely doll waiting for some clothes and a couple of small sewing jobs to do. I shan't be bored, that's for sure. And of course there is still editing to be done. I am only doing it as they land in the unsold folder, so it will take a while. Right, I must show willing and go to the canteen. I need some tea and will make coffee too while there. I do hope everybody's day will be a good one

Morning - it's going to be a Family History day as I've had an email query via my website - and I can't find the information need - yet! I have about 6 boxes of paperwork to trawl through as well a few lever arch files, etc.

Sorting that lot out is on 'My To Do When I Retire' list and I haven't touched any of it until yesterday.

    Speak later.
