Pictures are lovely, Annie. I woke this morning at 4.30 with cramp and although I have been up and running of sorts, nothing seems to have been accomplished. Tomorrow we are having guests to dinner and as I will be out most of the afternoon, all the prep has to be done today. Well I did make tea and coffee....

I think storm whatever it's called this time has hit North Wales it's throwing it down and blowing like mad 40mph but quite warm at 10 c but was -10 overnight, that is the end of the weather forecast from Llandudno , tip don't buy a house in the middle of two beaches.
Nothing lost and just about to start to do a NPB on last but one sale.
Mike has just come upstairs and told me the kitchen roof is leaking again all over the cooker again

Got a hospital appointment this afternoon for a mouth scan to investigate a strange lump I had for several weeks. It seems to have gone down a lot now so I hope everything will be O.K., best to get it checked though.
