WE wish you a very happy Christmas,

    Glad your entertaining went well.

We are just about to get ready to go to Nigels family this morning ,

Rex is very happy tobe able to play ball as one of friends has given him to new ones so between trying to get his head in a box of biscuits & play with the 2 balls he is happy but its like having a young child under foot.

Good morning! Canteen duty is done. I am so tired this morning after watching Downton Abbey till almost 11 pm and then being woken twice be leg cramp. So I expect there won't be much done today except maybe relisting and editing. (Last night I was down to 100) I can see the moon from where I am sitting - very bright and full. I have a bit of knitting left to do and then I can start another project. What shall I do? Decisions, decisions..... Have a great day

Morning all - for once I slept through the night despite the high winds which is still around judging by the whistling sounds out there.

Had a very quiet day yesterday with a lovely turkey lunch cooked by himself to which the Old Sailor tucked in with gusto. Also managed to Skype Oz and Australia and spoke to sons and grandsons

Like you meebo, I'm going to start some serious editing of my listings - some may well disappear altogether, others, who knows ..................

Time for another mug of tea ....

Good morning all. I trust we are all well fed and watered. Please pass the peeler I have some spuds to prepare. You turn your back just for a few moments to baste the turkey and one sneaks under the fence.

Mornin' troops. I didn't sleep that well after all the rich food, my own fault for being such a pig (no comments needed Private Cats !!! ) . Do I really have to eat boxing day lunch ?! Cadet Huw leaves late afternoon today (for his third Christmas in Surrey !) so I had better make the effort.

I also want to have a good sort out this year both listings and personal things as I'm fed up with clutter. Got to get the feng shui flowing properly around my quarters again.

Private Kite I am shocked, that's not like you ! Maybe the newbie was attracted to all the extra Christmas lard !

Morning all, well here was a wt & windy night but did manage a dry walk with rex.

Lovely day yesterday & now just about to start food prep again too take to Nigels parents Youngest son & grandaughter coming for lunch but we decided a cold buffet would be easier, (I like all of meats cold)

Hope everyone has a good day, they have just said on the radio that most of the shopping today will be on line , so think we will need to be on guard.
