Morning one and all - trust everyone is bright-eyed and bushy-tailed - as I'm not !

No idea what's supposed to be happening today apart from the Old Sailor and his hearing aid which is working again, apparently

Time for another mug of tea while my brain gets into gear.

I am still in the land of the living,,,,just. I am told I must "keep taking the tablets". I think that is code for "this is the NHS and we have run out of money". Stones are confirmed but tablets are not working as they used to, so not so much flying as gliding gracefully. I don't think I have ever felt so disinterested in the world about me. must be my age,,,,the weather,,,,the state of the world,,,,,the government,,,,,a third runway at Heathrow,,,,,,or possibly, the price of lard. But it will soon be Spring and we can start the whole business again. Forgive my rambling,I think I should just keep taking the tablets, like a good boy.

Awww poor Private Kite I know that feeling well and I haven't even got pain to blame it on - roll on spring !

At least I was somewhat cheered up this morning as someone sent me the video of Nigel Farage's speech in the European parliament. Love him or hate him at least he has the balls to rock the boat ! The Old Soldier just listened to it and I heard him chuckling to himself all the way up the stairs.

Morning - looks like we've all over slept. Kettle's on and there's plenty of bread for toast + oranges for juicing if you so wish.

Found 3 shoe boxes of postcards yesterday and now wondering what to do with them - as if I haven't got enough to think about at the moment

Time for another mug of tea while I get myself together.
