I got mine from dfs - thought I would buy cheap cos a lot of these dear ones look very uncomfortable - the price included sorting it if it goes wrong or breaks, also am paying it up cos it is interest free and I thought it would be a good 'lever' in case a repair was needed; however the mechanism did go wrong after a year a few months ago and there was no problem - phoned the shop and they arranged the appointment, the repairman phoned the night before to confirm he was coming then half an hour before he arrived and fixed it there and then. So in this instance cheap is good... and in a few years I can buy another pair if I want to cos it is so cheap lol...

Dad got his years ago from the then local to him mobility shop. Touch wood, he's had no problems with it.

But when himself had his cycle shop, he also sold mobility equipment, including these chairs and is trained to repair them

We get quite a lot of those recliner chairs in the charity shop where I work, and we sell them quite cheaply.

Good morning! All quiet here. Just going down shortly to make some tea and coffee. OH has a fasting blood test at 11.15, so I'll be indulging in food all by myself. I finished a YDC item yesterday, so can now take a photo which will be an opportunity to take some other items that want listing. Talking of photos: my son sent me this one. It's a dog's life

Morning - instead of the promised dry weather we have rain

We also have workmen coming to lay a patio in the sunny corner of the garden + the Old Sailor is expecting workmen to sort out his kitchen floor's loose slate tiles - a busy day ahead if all goes to plan. Oh, and himself has to pay more tax
