I am out to lunch again (am I being spoiled? maybe) And if all goes to plan I'll be at the theatre tonight.

Kitchen tidied, dishwasher on, legs done and found something hard under big toe on the ball bit, he said it's been there a few years, just crossing my fingers that it's not a verruca as would hat to have to get one of them out, bit knackered now so going to have a sit down / rest before we go voting.

Not long back from voting. The meeting hall we have to go to to vote is tucked away down a side street on the next housing estate - I had to look it up on Google ! Hardly any parking there and most was taken up by builder's vans as major repairs are going on to a lot of the houses.

Had a small loss this morning within 5 mins of posting the details on a Facebook group - so am listing this afternoon once my knee has forgiven me for this morning's trek around town.

Lunch was lovely (Turkish) and also got tickets for the theatre tonight. So this is a flying visit till the morning

Thanks for guarding my listings troops (drat they didn't have to do it quite so well !) have had my highlights done and put my cross on the papers so all is in order.
Got home to find the Old Soldier hadn't eaten his lunch that I had left for him. When asked why he said he didn't feel too well, I think he just forgot as he's eating it now !

Back from doing my duty and am going to try and stay wake tonight to watch for a bit, happened to fall into asda on the way back for supplies

Filled the freezer with veg and mince. Slept all afternoon.

Hopefully will be able to stay awake till morning - I do love the results coming in.

Got a little deep far fryer from the local Factory Outlet for about £12 I think
- only takes 1lt oil but is so handy for a butty or egg and chips.
If for more than one we split what is there and stick the next lot on
- only takes a few minutes even using proper tatties.
