afternoon all, well started out fine but have had heavy rain & sure enough its come in again on the wall they obviously couldn't come today as have to strip back again, its only when very heavy & blows in at the front, but am fed up with it.

By the look of it looks as though will be dark earlier tonight.

Buttons hope the tablets work..

I got home in time for lunch and (make and eat) then went for my siesta and now it is raining. Mil woke me from that, so I am still grumpy!

Pam I know how you feel, that is exactly what mine is doing, I have taken a step towards getting my kitchen done on one side at least but I can't do anything on the other side as that is were the water is coming in, all over my cooker hob and at times the oven unit as well, not much fun cooking dinner with water dripping on your head and in your food if you aren't careful.

Does your tv reception go wonky/pixelated when the weather is bad?? Just got a new box a week or two ago, and all was working well until today. Not even any breezes up here. Does rain do it? We had similar problems before, but thought we had fixed it with change of equipment.

We had one that did that and took it back, have you got and indoor aerial BTW and they do it as well, ours is behaving at the moment. I have a feeling i should not have said that

We have a fairly new satellite dish, new box and pretty new tv. It worked fine for a few weeks. With the old box and tv, it was the same, so we got a new satellite dish months ago....seemed to help, but ended up like this, so tried getting the other bits

LOL. Think computer. OH just reset it at the mains, now it's perfect! And the voice matches the mouths again! Oh Frabjous day!

I guess the tv/box just resets when you do that. Well worth remembering! Thanks, all!

My sky dish snapped off in the wind so we just have and indoor aerial now, at least i know it cant blow off.
Is it a free sat box you have, sorry but don't really know how it works with sky and freeveiw thingy's but I would take the box back if it were mine, think we have had 4 up to now.
