Luckily not too much dust this time. Not that sort of a job - they just seem to have invaded the place with their presence and tools.

Marianne, just leave the dust till it's all finished, I have been living in a dust storm for just under 12 months and gave up trying to clean it, we still have two ceilings to repair and a room to decorate on the top floor, so when we do a room at the top the bottom gets the dust, we also have a load of rubble ( roofers debris ) to bring down out of one of the lofts and two new windows to go in. Got to the point now that it doesn't bother me anymore, i just don't let anyone in and open the doors carefully when i am going out incase something falls out

Sensitivity training reminds me of something that happened in my husband's basic training. In Britain it's referred to as "Hearts and Minds". The Colour-Sergeant's interpretation of this was "I'd rather kick you in the nuts, but have a sweetie."

I hasten to point out that my husband was good at this and came back from a tour in a Republican part of Belfast at the height of the troubles with a pocket full of small toys given to him by kids who liked him!
