HI I have been using ebid as I got fed up of ebay, I have nearly 200 listing at good prices and I have not had anything happen for over 2 months not even a question, I have had a lot of view but nothing else , help

A warm welcome to the eBid barracks Private NicNac. Congratulations on guarding your listings so well, I'm sure a lot of others around here could do with some lessons from you !

I like the way you haven't filled in you about me page to keep those pesky newbies from knowing anything about you and your terms and conditions. Very wise - walls have ears you know.



Now whatever anybody says don't go filling in your bar code box or putting the word 'EXEMPT' into it, if your listing doesn't have a code, as that will get 'em crawling under the wire at Google Shopping to try and pinch your precious listings !

Would you believe some people have the audacity to try and tempt people to buy here by charging less than on other sites as the fees are so low here - disgraceful behaviour a wot !

Oh and completely ignore any whispers that promoting your items on social networking sites and in the plug thread forum (one thread allowed which can be bumped once every 24 hours) is a good idea. We must uphold our glorious ebid army motto that 'Nothing ever sells on an alternative site'. Of course any feedback that you might spot around here is merely a figment of your imagination !

Now there is just the little matter of your compulsory induction drink in the mess while I explain how we must get back to the 4 million listings mark ... mines a double G&T !

Update:
Fence will get its alongtheway bars tomorrow (or Thursday) then he will attach the upright ones
.. all very technical what! Oh yes and there will be gate.
Wood treated so will not need painted for up to 5 years - or perhaps the summer he he he
Then there will be a length of wood next to the ground all the way round the inside
to stop any weeds encroaching.
And where the two top posts meet the house then he is going to nail on a flat bit of wood on each - puddycat seats.
Their little botties are not exactly little. He laughed - but he does have a cat so is quite happy to do it.
Once all that is done he gets paid.
Later (sooner rather than later I hope) the grass is removed, membrane down then peagravel.
Imagine never cutting grass again? ... I hope to find this out this summer.
