Morning - feels a bit chilly so the heating is on.

Not sure I can get any new listings up today as I have cramp/sore muscles in my right arm & wrist and typing is very uncomfortable ............

So maybe it's the weather responsible for the leg cramp at 3 am. Have been up since and would love to crawl back to bed. But can't, because there is a lot going on here today

Think it's the weather girls, i woke up with what they say as frozen shoulders and I don't mean cold, i could not even push myself up from the bed, managed to loosen up a bit by 11 and finally arrived at my station as 11.30, havent even been able to shower yet so i pong ( sorry ). now going to have some food and then send Mike to PO and Asda for his walk, hopefully Asda should have my Oraldene in for me this morning, hope so my mouth is really sore with these darn inhalator things, they are worse than cigarettes for mouth and gums.

I have just done Mikes leg as I wanted to see what something I did last night had worked, it had a bit. I attacked it with a bottle of calamine lotion to dry the edges up a bit, it seems to have worked a little, will give the foot a soak later and have a good look at it. he is now sitting to let the pain die down before departing for the PO. Me well i am now itching from neck to ankles, ( stress). I need to get in that sodding bath, unfortunatly I also need to get out again and I have no chance today. going to see if I can knit a scarf with all of 7 sts on.

Welcome Laura. The more the merrier. We do need to warn you about admitting that you have a loss of listings as that can mean a session with the potato peeler---the latrine brush---or mucking the stables. Other than that this is a friendly place. I have to do a lot of shouting because I live across the pond and I am afraid Sarge won't be able to hear me.
