I well ( MIKE) just made a right cock up, I sold a pattern on ebid and some buttons on OS, can you just hazard a guess at what he has done.............I give up. he walked in all smiles with more bags of shopping and i met him at the front door and threw a fit, the kitchen is now covered in tomatoes, mushrooms, eggs, cakes.........you get the idea, what sort of idiot can get the two mixed up.........it's okay I just answered that question for him but phrased it differently.

buttons, i did that just last week. i explained to the customers, they swapped the items and i refunded the postage. it all worked out ok

I am more cross because I can see a defect heading my way and I got one two weeks ago when someone claimed she hadn't received a gold plated chain that was packed together with another item she did get mmmmmmm if you say so mrs. The buyer on here who bought the pattern is being very nice about it though and I am trying to buy her another one but can only find one with writing on, I will now try and find 24 blue star 17mm buttons. Would anyone like any money? just thought i would ask and save myself the time on listing.

Buttons so sorry you really are having a bad week, it can only get better, we have all done it i did it with Pc sent to wrong customers, eventually did get them back & re sent but before that last year when I did it, they sent to each other & Nig refunded the postage it does happen at times though it really does feel everything is against you.

Hi Penni, no they both want to send them back to me and I am happy with that, as long as I can give them both what they want and are happy then I am. They both seem quite happy and the lady on ebay said it happens, even to her, so everyone is happy.
