I received a parcel from the US today. Couldn't remember buying anything and some clever clogs put a bar code sticker across the content of the customs form. So I had a lovely surprise to find a German TY Ted inside. Thank you sarge, he can keep company with the latest knitted one till he goes off to Italy on the 27th

My PC appears to claim to have no knowledge of the camera when I put the chip into it's little slot. Any idea what I can do to convince it that there are some photos I would like to keep?

Have you tried 'my computer' - F (or whichever drive it is) ?

Not stopping, I have steered clear of the Kitchen Table lately, too many germs around for my liking!!

Well, whatever it is, it seems to be catching! I broke my camera a few weeks ago, it has a usb that flips out of the end of the camera to plug into the pooter. Good in some ways, didn't have to find a cable but bad that the camera was sticking out of the pooter.
I hadn't had any problem til my BIL came and pulled the pooter away from the wall cos he said it was too close and not getting enough air behind it and twice in one day I fell over the camera, the first time it just pulled loose but the second time it broke the usb thingy right off. The last few times I have put the card into the pooter and its been ok but have just tried it and its telling me that there isn't a disk in there.

I found a charger to charge the battery but haven't ordered it yet, I might not!

Sorted mine, have put the card in the printer and its loaded the pics quicker than it did when I put the card into the slot on the pooter, so I have no excuse now.
I was right not to come in here, I knew I would catch something.

I'll have to rummage for the lead to connect camera to PC. Just now I am not in the mood. Tomorrow....
