Good morning! Got woken by Mil at 3.30 and not been able to get back to sleep. Now my stomach is growling so it must be time for breakfast. At least a pot of tea and I will make coffee at the same time. OH has discovered coffee with evaporated milk (I grew up with that combination) so as it is Sunday I'll be nice to him. Nothing to report from here. Just want to say 'get well very soon' to anyone that is unwell
Afternoon - boy, it's hot here. Just been playing water games with Oliver in the garden to cool off.
We've got roast lamb for dinner tonight - yum yum
Hope everyone's feeling better and have all a good day.
Buttons hope you are feeling better by now, if not you need checking out certainly you will be on sick parade this morning ,

The sun is shining here at least. The Cadet's girlfriend departs today but it's still no peace for the wicked as it's Cadet's Huw's birthday tomorrow and then on Tuesday a cousin has phoned to say he and his wife are dropping in to visit.
I hope you have managed to get some medical help Private Buttons.

Yes am told I have to keep taking the tablets until I have finished the course and then go back to see my GP, they cannot prescribe anything for me like pain killers etc as there is no one on duty that knows anything about PBC and they don't want to prescribe anything without a liver specialist on duty and that would be a miracle as they havent got one, the nearest one to me is the royal in Liverpool, or the freeman in Newcastle but she did say that it is the high dose antibiotic that is making me feel worse at the moment as clarithromycin 500 has bad side effects ( including liver failure PMSL ) Oh well if it does fail I will get one of my wishes... a ride in a elychopter to the Freeman Sorry trying to be cheerful but I do realise it's not funny.
Just make sure you keep typing and listing Private Buttons, that way we will know you still have a pulse !
I hope the antibiotics start doing something other than giving you pain soon !

hi all. I won't be on here much for awhile. My older sister just died 5 days after what seemed to be successful surgery. When I regroup (however you do that), I'm going to help my BIL in Belg.I'm in the states and will leave when I can change ticket.
