good morning!he theory was that I sleep a bit longer today. But I seem to be up earlier than ever. (been lying in bed awake for the last hour)
I at least can sleep a bit in the car this evening, the driver can't, at least not till he stops somewhere. It's been a loveley break, but now it's good to get home. Have a good day

I needed the extra hour Private Mcc2. A local pub has just been taken over and they were doing a special real ale event with music so I thought it would be a good opportunity to do some eBid recuiting (well that's my excuse !) . It turned out that the new owner is someone that O/H used to teach with. He is still teaching and is a deputy head in a Bristol school. How on earth do you find the time to run a pub too ?!!!

I met a very interesting couple, would you believe the husband was an army intelligence officer ! He is just about to leave the army but has been all over the place. Northern Ireland, Iran, Afganistan, Germany, and they lived in Italy for five years.

The wife has just done a masters degree in humanitarian aid and she has just got a job to go out to West Africa to help with the Ebola crisis. They have four children and the youngest is eleven. I'm not sure I could have left my child at that age to go and do something like that. Still I think she is a brave lady for doing it.

The evening was a success (I'm still recovering !) and I managed to hand out several business cards.

Right I had better get cracking I've got my brother arriving at my quarters this afternoon.

Whilst it was very nice being featured in the blog it doesnt seem to have brought any extra sales so the sarge will be happy.
