It's cold and I am stiff all over and grumpy, still looking for bits of glittery silver, red and green lurex type yarn like goldfingering for my little hats but can't find any round here so will have to go and root about elsewhere

Thought I had some but in the daylight it's actually pink with red lurex. Not quite what you want.

Good morning! I am planning a lazy day in today. Might just spend it working on the bobbin lace I started this week. It would be good if I could finnish it before we go, as transportation would be so much easier. Most of the shopping is done too, so it might be good if I started to pack things away then I am less likely to forget something. I might also go with my sister to watch her square dance group tonight. That's the plan, but time will tell what happens. Look after yourselves so that you all can be as fit as possible for the next route march (I am sure there is one planned)

Morning folks - had bit of a lie in

Today I will be changing the beds so that we can leave reasonably clean bed linen on them whilst we are away ! The things you have to do before a long trip away .............................besides sorting/packing clothes, etc.

But first another mug of tea.

Good morning....well sort of, I can only just manage to croak this morning and my throat is raw, nose is ....well you get the idea. had a lie in and will be going back soon, going to try some food and then a lemsip or a toddy, saffron and hot brandy, paracetamol and lemonade and anything else that might work, cough mixture, first defence, beconase, if non of that works I will take a valium and go back to sleep.
