Morning - surrounded by thick fog/river mist. Can't see the hills for it.

Sometimes wish I had a cleaning lady - but then I'd be putting things back where I wanted them after she'd gone !

But first another mug of tea before we decide what needs doing today.

Kitchen is now 80% clean. The rest comes after lunch. Need to do another washing load and finish polishing the floor. Then upstairs hoovering and cleaning the bathroom. Finish packing and then into town to keep a massage appointment. That'll be the highlight of my day

I am having a little rest at the moment, but need to get back to work. It's the thought of a massage that keeps me going.....

When I was working full time, there was one particular job that I used to do that totally knotted up the muscles in my back and I used to go for a deep tissue massage every few weeks which unknotted me.
An hour of bliss!

I could do with someone to massage my forehead as I've been banging it against a brick wall for the last two hours ! Something has gone wrong with my yahoo email (it was working fine yesterday !) this morning I am getting emails in but can't reply to anything or even forward emails. I've tried everything, clearing cookies, different browsers, disabling add ons, changing to plain text, using a different computer, changing my password and nothing works. I just get a message box appearing when I press the send button saying 'Unable to send message' and nothing more. I've managed to email yahoo but gawd knows when I'll get a reply. When Cadet Huw crawls out of his bunk I will see if he can suggest anything else. I just get so frustrated when something like this happens for no particular reason.



Had a nice meal out last night for Cadet Malcolm's birthday. Cadet Huw paid for his own, the Old Soldier paid for the wine and I paid for everything else including the taxi so all O/H had to pay for was himself ! I think he got the message and where he could shove his takeaway !!!
