I am late, sorry. Not that I slept late, but got distracted with some shelves in the bathroom which I have been meaning to sort through. After 4 years there are little caps appearing in cupboards, which I have now filled and actually have an empty shelf. But not for long as I need to move something out of the wardrobe to give me a bit more space for my t-shirts. Still, it's exciting. There are discoveries to be made. I have made tea and coffee too, and as I did some shopping yesterday, we have rolls and Danish pastries

A minute ago the sun was shining so decided to do a bit more washing. Then it started to rain and now the sun is out. Do I dare to hang anything outside?

The Christmas pricing promotion ends on the 18th January but the new small parcel size is permanent according to the Daily Mail.

The increased size of a 'small parcel' - currently 45cm x 35cm x 16cm - is permanent and will remain in place after the January 18 deadline, but the maximum weight limit will return to one kilo or under.

We also don't get many sells that have to worry about parcel size or weight Sgt does this mean we will soon have a bigger size small parcel.

Went & had check up with oncology was fine for another year, then did a quick shop, managed to doge the showers, before we went out though had a power cut, so not a good start.

Somer was very tired so came home & slept, then suddenly we had thunder storm so neighbour in with kitten, who sat on the settee watching rex & every so ofton he would go & look then go back to playing ball,

Like everywhere elsewe keep getting showers.

Mornin' troops, not feeling very inspired today. Got to find some energy to go food shopping, pick up O/H from one job so he can get to another job on time, then make a birthday cake for Cadet Malcolm as my baby will be 23 tomorrow. All I want to do at the moment is go back to my bunk !

Maybe another cup of Private Meebo's special coffee will help. What will I do without her when she goes off on her travels, I will never be able to get to the parade ground on time ?!

Glad to hear your good news, maple! And there goes meebo being efficient again. As always. Sarge......I think we need a serious stash of special sauce somewhere around the grounds. I volunteer to keep it in the castle. No charge. Mind you, you will have to remember the castle is a bit drafty, and things evaporate quickly. Especial special sauce and chocolate.

Lots of heavy breezes and rain all night, and now..........just gusty, but not much rain.

Wrong. It's dumping down rain again. Glad I didn't bother hanging the wash out.

We had a thunder and lightening storm last night so had to shut down early, then it rained all night and brightened up this morning with the sun shining for an hour and now it's the wet stuff. woke up with a swelling on my forehead, a runny nose, runny eyes and the coughs and sneezes so not happy, am now going back to bed for a bit as I feel like whatever you want to call it.

We are supposed to have another beautiful fall day. The leaves are starting to change and the colors are gorgeous. We need to take a drive up into the mountains just to see the spectacular changing of seasons.

No new losses to report. I have some things ready to list so will get busy.
