We both are tired & ache as we went to Glastonbury yesterday, which was lovely dint walk as much as used to there, but this morning I feel as though am as bad as Nigel today, we also took his Mum & she is as bad.

Sgt sales here seem to have gone quiet as well, suppose we are guarding to well.

seems the reason I have been feeling as poorly recently is that because I was unwell and not eating properly i have developed diabetic ketoacidosis. Will see doc tomorrow and hopefully will start to feel better soon.

How did you find that out penni, is it common? I have never heard of it before now.

I have ketostix i was given by the diabetic nurse and also by 2 hourly monitoring of my blood sugar
