Good morning! Hope everyone is feeling well, or at least better than yesterday. As the ferry is now booked I think I will need to put the holiday notice up this weekend. I will also spend some time to find a nice place to stay for our little holiday, which will now be at the beginning of the trip and not at the end, as my sister and her OH will be away the first week we are there(we stay at their house) I need a large pot of tea now, so will make coffee also. Morning - I'm also thinking of putting up my holiday notice before too long - too much going on in my mind and my 'To Do' list is getting longer, not shorter! Getting all the paperwork that we have to take with us sorted is a job in itself - printing clean copies, making sure copies are on the netbook and on a flash stick, etc. Got brainache from just writing about it!

Time for another mug of tea, methinks.

I was honoured to be on the invited guest list for the premier of the Genesis documentary at the Haymarket Cinema last night, absolute magic! Five members of the group were there, first time they had been together for many years. Big bonus, front row seats. The 90min documentary is on BBC2 9.15pm Saturday night, a real nostalgia trip.

Listening to them on Radio 2 this morning - must remember to tell OH about the documentary tomorrow night or it will be NCIS again !

Weather seems ok at the moment but they are threatening rain later so will have to go in the garden for a while this morning just to get it sorted but will leave somer to the compter.

Fantastic Private Kite, lucky you, I hope they provided plenty of lard and champagne for refreshments ! Peter Gabriel had his Real World recording studio in a village just outside of Bath but I think he's sold it now.
