Managed to get a couple of hours kip this afternoon so feeling a bit better. I give up though, I cooked the evening meal and the Old Soldier said his stomach was still feeing uncomfortable and he couldn't eat it. I hope I am not going to have a repeat of last night.

Now who was on guard duty today? I seem to have mislaid another listing somewhere and a newbie was spotted heading for the hills !

Oh I remember it well... I used to get calls anytime but especially at 4 in the morning - in the winter my old Metro used to freeze something terrible and I had to scrape inside and out - I used to look like a yeti when I arrived!!!

The 2 BombsInDisguise just detonated very nicely so will check out the PO tomorrow.

Jeannie is hopefully arriving to bring in the Referendum in downtown Carsnoots ... they are covering all 32 'counts' but this time of course every vote counts - should be an interesting night. She hasn't been too good this last week or two - so we may do it by phone - fingers crossed she makes it.

Good morning! A busy day ahead with lots of time out of the house. I hope you all slept well - especially the sarge. I woke at 2.30 and Mil was talking which meant I was awake hoping that nothing is going to make her call 'properly' Now she is sleeping soundly (literally) and I am up and dressed and went as far as putting make-up on to hide the bags under my eyes. OH has also got up, but if wants an early breakfast he'll have to make it himself. On that note I am off to put the kettle on

Good morning, still no painter but still have a cherry picker in the garden. Food first and then check relists.
Sarge the leg is getting better and better, filling up and shrinking, if I had tried this treatment from the first it would be completely healed by now, Cant wait for it to heal and then I can go back and rub their noses in it, they think they know everything.

Oh dear poor Private Meebo I do feel for you. I shall issue an order to put your feet up at some time today and that goes for Private Mcc2 aswell. I can't have my troops falling asleep on guard duty !



The Old Soldier says he is feeling alright at the moment so I hope it lasts !

Forgot to mention, some good news, Cadet Malcolm has an interview on Monday at a clinic just outside of Bath. It's only a part time job but if he could get it that would be a foot in the door and would get him the experience he needs so fingers crossed.
