Good morning! Hope that you will all have had a good nights rest. Sadly I didn't and feel washed out. It's my turn to see the doc today and it's to review my medication. Why that makes me on edge, I have no idea, but it does. Done the canteen duty, so help yourself. I'll be back sometime this afternoon - have been promised a nice lunch out

Having put up the shutters, I have, of course, found no gaps in the ranks this morning.

Penni, should you time how long it is until knitting hurts and then knit for a few minutes less than that? I've heard of this technique being advised by physios. Stopping something so often makes it impossible to restart.

Hope they don't mess the tablets about too much Meebs - have a good lunch anyway.

When my wrist were achey I found knitting awkward after a time - which varied - my tension started to 'go' - just felt different so I had to stop.

Are you still with us little Buttons?

Hope you safe in your little bunk Sarge after your late night inspection tour....

Oh, it's not Canada yet - we are positively jet setting for the next few months - it's a long weekend in Paris this time! Husband has business there and I'm going too!

Morning - thick mist/fog over the River Severn again, but the sun is beginning to peep through - so another nice day

Question - I'll need to put up a holiday notice sometime in October for whilst we are away - should I take my stores offline completely for about 6 weeks or just let everybody look, but be unable to buy? I'm tending to go for the latter, as I can re-open my stores from Oz just before our return. Just wondered what others would do - although I do seem to have answered my own question !

The day job later, so must go and get ready.

Eurostar makes it so easy - you sit on a train and it delivers you to the centre of Paris - and, even if the rail fare is more than a cheap airline, you save the cost and time of travelling in from the airport, you get to wander about if you want to while travelling, you get a bigger seat and a proper table, you don't lose sight of your luggage, you don't have to worry about what is allowed in your carry-on bag and you don't have to check in what seems like years before your departure.

Remember just taking your stores off line won't make the listings vanish Private Mcc2. You would actually have to close all the listings as they would still be running on the site albeit not in your stores.

I was safe in my little bunk Private Cats ...

... until a bullet wizzed past my ear and ricocheted off one of my jugs this morning ! Tut, no peace for the wicked !

I hate going to the doctor's too Private Meebo. I don't know why either but I avoid it when it's possible !
