Morning - someone's been singing in the shower again as it's tipping down

My knees and wrists are a lot better this morning, thanks Pam. Think the culprit was an unripe mandarin that I ate on Wednesday - I only ate half as it was so sharp although juicy. Don't usually have a problem with oranges, satsumas, etc. apart from grapefruits which I can't eat because of taking statins, so won't make that mistake again.

Well it certainly wasn't me singing in the shower as the bathroom is right under where the tiles have come off and it's like an ice cube in there this morning.
Annie what have mandarins and oranges got to do with pain in your knees and wrists? I only ask as I ate a net of tangerines over the last few days ( skin and all ) and I could not walk 3 days ago and not so good now.

I'm glad you asked about the oranges....I'm curious, too. I can't eat grapefruit, due to medication I'm on, but I've never heard of fruit giving a reaction in joints.

This is one of those days that I'm frustated with the health system here. Why is it so difficult to just call and get an appointment in advance, and not on the day?

It's snowing here. How many days till Christmas?? Brrrrrr........
