just to let you know i wont be on much over the weekend and deff not on on friday at all im going into hospitol for a op and should be home the same day but will not feel up to being on here due to the anesthetic , im hopeing to be back to normal by sunday x dont have too much fun without me il miss your posts they make my day xxx

(I highly recommend PrameGel (NDC 10337-808-41 / UPC 3-10337-80841-6) from Doak Dermatologics of Bradley Pharmaceuticals for itchy skin - it's awesome. Main ingredients Pramoxine Hydrochloride 1% and menthol 0.5% - the P.H. is available in other preparations, but the base lotion is what makes PrameGel specifically the best - very light. Stops my sun-poisoning reaction dead in its tracks before I can break out in a rash. I have to special order it from the Pharmacy, though. Gold Bond Ointment is useful for bites and such - has P.H. - as do a very few others)
