Hi Merlin,

Well I must say all your hard work at listing yesterday paid off, we're up and they are down, I only managed about 6, as my listings take about half an hour each as the descriptions are so long, plus the photo's etc, but today I am going to try to list more.

Come on everyone let's get to Number 2 in the UK, we're not far off now!

Did my duty yesterday sir, got another 8 listings on, but like you mine take a bit of time as all different and can't do bulk uploading. Will try and get a few more on today but partying tonight - so shout quietly in the drill tomorrow morning!!!

i hate and detest long winded descriptions thats one thing i will not do i used to spend 15 - 20 mins doing descriptions now i spend 1 minute most of the description of what your selling should be in the title the description is just to add anything important such as damage etc. never will i go back to those long winded descriptions as my sales never dipped on wepay once i changed the way i described my items so why change now

Hi Merlin,

Me too, I hate writing long descriptions, but I think when someone is buying a CD they need to know which tracks are on it, in fact I forgot once and I had an email asking for them, I listed them and it sold in 15 minutes to that buyer, also when I am selling DVD's I think people would like to know what the film is about, as some people do buy films they don't know.

When I used to list phonecards, I used to put in the catologue number, date of issue, any marks etc, but I will not be doing that anymore, just the card name and 'good condition' etc.
