i used to smoke in bed but age stopped that i have to go slow now
that gum is awfull and when i tried it i still needed ciggy whilst chewing it
maybe they should just put enough nicotine in one piece for 20 cigs lol that might help me

Have another go Merlin as they have improved the gum alot since it first came out. I used to hate the original stuff, it tasted like a mouth full of pepper, but now they do a really good fresh mint one that tastes quite like extra strong mints and it's sugar free. You need the 4mg strength to start with if you are a heavy smoker! Plus it works out cheaper than smoking. Think of all the dosh you will save!
