    Default eBid Advertising...

Does eBid advertise on the internet? I have not yet seen any ads...just curious.

Am wondering if, with eBid's phenomenal growth as of late, if they are planning on advertising on TV....what a boost THAT would be for everyone!

They have an affiliate advertising scheme, but I've yet to see any of the ads anywhere. To remedy that I've suggested to some friends with websites that they should stick some on, pays pretty well after all.

TV advertising would be a costly mistake at this stage because there aren't enough users to warrant it. You'd have a couple of million people log on, see there isn't all that much on here (compared to eBay) and leave.

When eBay started out in the UK, they advertised in hobby magazines (i.e. Model and Collectors Mart) and online quite heavily, which is what eBid needs to be doing while large amounts of users are feeling disgruntled with eBay.

Great to see people talking sense for a change. There's been a lot of talk about this issue in the past.

I have just seen an online ad - at the top of a website I have on freeweb http://crowlascrafts.webs.com/

Not sure whether it came up due to the fact i have a link to my store on the home page?

I have tried to advertise on google about my new store here. And there is a problem please help me fix it. I copy the link from my store`s link but it only goes to ebid site and not to my store? What gives? And how can i fix it? I can do it from within the site but not outside of the system? And i do not see any of my items listed on google search. Even Craig`s List has it`s items running thru google.. Ebid lets get this done soon. There are a ton of folks that i personally can bring to this site in the USA.

Anytime you make revisions, etc... wait till the next scheduled upload date to Google and then try some of your searches - Excellent information above to keep in mind.
