POP UP alert - wont let me bid
This may be a very simple solution, so I am hoping for some simple advice.
I think it has to do with my pop up settings, except even when I disable, it makes no difference.
The problem arose when I tried to click the PLACE BID button on a listing only to hear the pop up alert. Tried to restore system to earlier time, but still makes no difference.
O/S = XP with Internet Explorer
Using Google and Ask Tool Bars
Hope someone can help, and please keep it simple lol.

I would try using an alternative web browser, Firefox is very popular and undoubtedly more secure than IE, Safari is very good too and available on Windows now.

If the pop-up thing still happens then the problem must lie elsewhere, maybe with your firewall or some type of net-nanny program running on your PC, but I don't know anything about those as I'm happy as Larry using my pop-up free Mac
