Thankfully eBay UK have resumed there normal practice! After receiving information from a fellow pornography seller, here is a cut and paste from the message that they received from ebay:

Yes, as long as the magazines are pre-1980 and no nudity is show in the
image you can relist them on the site. Please state in your listing
description the year the magazine was published.

I felt, after reading this, that I could list some 70's mags on ebay UK. So I stuck one up, but within a few hours its been removed. Thats the really great thing about eBay. They are soooo consistent!

Oh, its much better to sell here, but I was hoping to lure a few customers this way with listings on ebay. Its not gonna happen!
