I have been collecting stamps for most of my (long!) life, and have been buying and selling stamps on the internet for about twenty years.  I  have positive feedback on a number of sites, including eBay, Delcampe and eBid.   I sell (and collect) mainly Western Europe (MNH and used), although other countries creep in sometimes. As a price guide, I am using the current Stanley Gibbons on-line Stamps of the World catalogues.   SHIPPING AND HANDLING   No charges for handling.   Postage rates are current for this year, and are based on the 1st Class rate for inland postings, and International Standard Airmail for destinations outside the UK.  Because of the steadily increasing cost of postage, I can offer 2nd Class postage – just ask.   Please note that I keep postage costs as low as possible, and I combine postage for multiple lots, so please wait for my invoice before paying.   PAYMENT CAN BE MADE BY: PayPal to my e-mail address (with no extra charge to the buyer) REFUND I try to provide an accurate description and image of the lot being offered.   However, a full refund without question will be made if the buyer is not satisfied with the purchase.
