Our delivery Service is always 1st Class and orders are processed the Next Working Day.
Shipping is free on all items unless stated otherwise. Once payment is clear we will pick and pack the item ready for dispatch.

Monday to Friday same day dispatch before 12pm .
Saturday same day dispatch before 11am.
Sunday orders processed Monday.

We do offer International postage on some items, if your country is not showing any postage results please do not hesitate to contact us, we will get a price and delivery estimate for you.
Important:
We sometimes hold stock at fulfillment centres here in the UK. The items will then be dispatched through the centres own internal networks, whilst using their own packaging and dispatch notes.
On very rare occasions we may have to use a 3rd party to help fulfill your order. You may receive an invoice which does not take into account the fees that we will have paid to both and Paypal.
What to do:
If you are not happy with your purchase or the item has arrived faulty you can return to us within 14 days. We ask you to email us with 72 hours via the contact us tab on , this will provide us with enough time to get the matter resolved ASAP. We will then organise a courier to collect free of charge to collect the item from you and provide a replacement or a refund for the item. If a courier is not feasible we will pay *return postage for the item when it has arrived safely with us. We advise you to get proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible if it does not arrive safely. Once it does arrive a replacement or refund will be provided.
We accept payment via Paypal on all listed items. If you would prefer to pay by a cheque or via an alternative option please contact us via email to discuss matters further.
As soon as payment is cleared, we will pick and pack your item ready for dispatch but not before.
