Returns Policy:

Items that are sold "as is" are not returnable. The description of the item will clearly state this. For other items, the proceedure is as follows:

To request a return, you must contact Teed Sales LLC within 7 days of item's delivery, for a Return Materials Authorization number (RMA). That number must be on the outside of the package. Items without a valid, visible RMA # will be refused. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable. For Items shipped via "free shipping" the amount WE paid to ship it will be deducted from your refund.
