TEDDIES AND TOYS - INTRODUCTION

Teddies and Toys has been selling quality soft toys since 2005, both here and on other auction sites. Please don't be put off by lack of feedback, I have been selling on the 'other' auction site for a while now and have 100% feedback record to date.

I sell mostly TY products, which I buy direct from the distributor and are all new and mint with mint tags unless specified.

All toys are bought as perfect stock, however I occasionally receive some which have creased tags, or do not pass my stringent quality test (I'm a very fussy person!). These are listed at bargain knock-down prices with the 'faults' clearly listed.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

I am happy to accept payment by either pppay, paypal, cheque or postal order.

POSTAGE

I always obtain proof of postage and will help if the unforseen happen and the package is lost in the post.

RETURNS

Goods may be returned within 7 Days for any reason for a full refund less all carriage charges, as long as goods are received back in the same new and re-saleable condition as when sent. Faulty goods will be replaced at our expense if notified within 7 days
