I am an online retailer selling through a number of outlets including my own website (just add a co.uk to my eBid username!). I have been selling mainly on Amazon since October 2007. Due to higher costs of selling on Amazon, I am now selling on eBid in an attempt to bring better value to my customers.

As a business I operate a full and fair refund policy. If you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from me, please contact me within 7 working days of delivery for a refund. All products must be returned unused and in their original packaging (with any seals or wrapping unbroken). You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged. If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to provide a replacement as soon as possible.

In the event that you receive an item which proves to be faulty or I will provide a replacement or a refund. However, I do ask that you notify me of any problem within 7 working days of receipt.

In all cases contact me for returns authorisation providing your details and a brief explanation of the problem. I will then contact you with details of where to return the item.
