Royal Mail, Me and YOU...
I always obtain a receipt for proof of delivery. This satisfies
Royal Mail in the event of a claim up to the value of £30 only. BUT, it's nobody's
fault except Royal Mail if a parcel gets damaged/lost. I will always make a claim on your behalf with your help, so we can take them on together!
Royal Mail do not guarantee a positive result and it takes a minimum of 2 weeks before they consider taking action.

service with 100% communication. I want you to know that I've actually took the time to think about the item I've sent you and advise of each stage of
