Exchange
If your purchase turns out to be the wrong size then please return within 10 days of receipt in its original condition, with all labels still attached together with the original packaging if you still have it. Please send recorded delivery as we cannot be liable for items that go missing in transit.
To exchange an item an additional P&P charge will be incurred.
Once we have received the returned item we will dispatch the exchange size to you. If the exchange size you have requested is no longer available then we will contact you to arrange a refund which will include the original postage charge.
Refunds
If you require a refund we are happy to offer this. Please return the item in an unused and originally packaged condition. Refunds will be made including the cost of P&P. A refund will be accepted on all items only if returned within 10 working days of receipt. A refund including the cost of postage will be issued by the same method as payment was made as soon as the returned item is received.
In both cases, when making a return, please include your user id so that we can process quickly for you.
