Hello and thank you for taking a look at my 'All About' page.

I always treat my customers as I like to be treated myself and post items as quickly as possible after receiving payment, often the same day if possible. 

If the item does not match my description (I do try hard to describe items accurately!) then please return it to me within 7 days for a full refund including postage costs.

If payment has not been received within 7 days of the end of the auction then I will assume the winning bidder no longer wishes to purchase the item.
