We are a busy family of 7 and are always trying to declutter by selling on our outgrown or unused good quality items. We have been selling successfully on eBay for a number of years, receiving excellent feedback, and have now decided to branch out a little! Our post and packing costs are based on the size and weight of the item, and the actual cost of postbags or padded envelopes. We do not inflate our shipping charge to make a profit- we feel that this in unfair on you the buyer. We usually dispatch the day following cleared payment (sometimes the same day), and always obtain proof of posting in case an item goes astray in the post.

We want you to be happy with both our items and our service, and try to treat our buyers in the way that we would like to be treated, with honest descriptions, good quality items and fast dispatch with resaonable postage charges. We're more than happy to answer any questions and to provide additional information or pictures if required.
