Items lost in the post

If your item does not reach you in a reasonable amount of time, then please contact me. I always obtain proof of posting and will file a lost item claim with the post office.

Returns

If an item reaches you in an unsatisfactory condition, or you feel the item has be wrongly described, then please contact me to sort this out. A refund will only be issued on the return of the goods
