     We started Joys Home Decor and Gifts in Jan. 2007 as a gift card redeemtion website  with over 3000 items.  We then started online auctions in March 2007. 

 Your order will ship within three business days after conformation of payment by paypal.  You will be notified of shipping date, tracking number and expected date of delivery if known. Shipping charge is calculated at check out.

 All items are guaranteed for 30 days. Damaged/defective items will be exchanged, returned items will be refunded after receipt of item in excellent condition, in original packaging. There is no refund on shippping charges.  To request a return or refund, send an email to stating reason why you want to return the item.
