Delivery Terms & Conditions
Please be advised that all our deliveries are conducted by third part couriers, and Impact Computers has no control over delayed delivers or missing items.
General
- Shipping fee is displayed at the top and bottom of every auction and is NON-NEGOTIABLE unless you purchase more than one item.
- We ship only to UK. We do not ship to Europe or the rest of the World.
- For Highlands and Islands including Northern Ireland there may be a shipping surcharge so please contact us before bidding to check for this.
- We dispatched in all in Items which are in stock the same day if received before 3pm.
Royal Mail
- Royal Mail First Class Post is NOT a next day delivery service! Items sent via Royal Mail First Class Post are normally delivered the next day but can take on average 1-3 days.
- We send ALL items recorded and proof of postage can be provided on request.
- Recorded Signed For™ items are only tracked after the item has been delivered.
- Royal Mail will only consider an item missing 15 days after the expected delivery date, Because of this we are unable to investigate lost items until after that date.
City Link & Fastway Couriers
- Courier Next Day delivery is only available to UK Mainland.
- Full tracking information is available on request.
- We do not enter into disputes with buyers and courier companies. it is the customers responsibility to liaise with the courier company to organise any failed deliveries.
- Any delivery returned to us will be resent only upon receipt of £15.00 to cover our redelivery costs.
Returns Policy
- Only items which are sold as new or listed as in working order are covered by our returns policy.
- Faulty items should be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
