• I prefer payment via PAYPAL. 
• PLEASE WAIT FOR INVOICE if purchasing more than one item as I will combine postage.
• For UK buyers, I accept PAYPAL, crossed postal orders and personal cheques.
• For international buyers, I accept PAYPAL only.
• Please note : Buyers outside of the European Economic Area are responsible for custom charges and/or tax.

• I try to keep postage costs down to a minimum and combine postage where possible.  I use Royal Mail 2nd class postal service as standard, to keep the cost as low as possible.
• There is the option to upgrade to First Class postage.
• Items are dispatched the next working day after cleared payment is received. If possible I will dispatch the same day.
• Items are packaged well, using bubble wrap, padded envelopes, brown tape and where necessary cardboard boxes.

• If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please email me within 7 days, stating your name, auction number and reason for return.
• As soon as I receive your item back in its original condition and packaging, I will refund your payment.
• If items are faulty or not as described, I will refund the purchase cost and the cost of postage.
• If the item is simply not wanted, postage will not be refunded.
• Please obtain proof of postage as I cannot be held responsible if lost in transit.
• Current EU regulations mean I am unable to exchange or refund earrings.
